Designed for high power capacity with a minimum amount of energy.

The performance and the low maintenance cost of the Para-Mount vibrating feeder make it the first logical choice for the most demanding applications. The vibrating feeders are available in fixed configuration of centrifugal force (FRC) or variable (ARC), and use a system with two masses sub-resonant (dual mass system). The mass A (exciter) transfer its energy to the mass B (vibratory trough) through helical springs. Only a small amount of energy is required to keep the stored natural energy released by the spring system.

The vibrating feeders are available in several widths, depths and lengths. The trough can be adjusted in function of your application (steel type, thickness of the steel, steel resistant for the trough, etc.). The centrifugal force transmitted by the engine can be adjusted using a counterweight. In the case of variable configuration, variable force wheels (adjusted with compressed air) can increase or reduce the feed rate.

The vibrating feeders can be hung by wired cables (under a hopper) or put on a structure fixed to the floor. In both cases, isolation springs are used to avoid transmission of vibrations and allow the system to work well.

The exciter, counterweight motor and springs combine the advantages of the vibratory movement near the natural frequency with the hard drive of the vibratory trough. The flexible connection using helical springs allows an engine start with low torque and generates much less stress than a direct drive. The drive of Para-Mount II feeders is designed with a minimum amount of parts to minimize production downtimes and maintenance costs.

Our vibrating feeders are equipped with protective guards for moving parts and meet CNESST security standards.
